If your jewelry gets damaged -don’t worry, those things happen – we offer our repair services. You can bring us your damaged piece in person or use a delivery company. Before you send us your package please contact us by phone +48 693 995 949 or by email . Remember to fill in the repair form and attach it to your shipment.
The repair will take up to 30 work days from the time of delivery. We determine the cost individually depending on the damage. The cost of the shipment (both ways) is covered by the client. If you’re sending the jewelry from outside of the European Union additional charges (taxes, duties) may apply.
