We care that your package gets to you quickly and safely! We use courier services. Every shipment is monitored and you\u2019ll be emailed the tracking number as soon as it\u2019s sent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Deliveries are made within 21 business days from receiving the payment. Custom made jewelry orders can take up to 30 business days because every part is created from scratch with you in mind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

International shipping time may vary depending on the country but rest assured we will keep you informed. If your order is a special case and you need express shipping let us know \u2013 we\u2019ll do what we can to help!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Shipping in Poland is free above 500z\u0142.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Shipping across Europe is free above 1000z\u0142.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We create our jewelry with you in mind \u2013 every project is uniquely suited to your needs. We make every effort that all ordered products are of highest quality, one of a kind and up to your expectations. For those reasons returns don\u2019t fully align with our philosophy, but don\u2019t worry! We always strive to ensure a full satisfaction with your purchase. If it doesn’t fully meet your expectations, or if you have questions, let us know! We\u2019ll be glad to look for best possible solution together.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In out store every part of your jewelry is dedicated to you and created from scratch. That means that custom made orders that fulfill customer\u2019s individualized needs cannot be returned. Keep in mind that handmade jewelry is unique and every piece will be slightly distinct. The product in the picture is just a reference. Jewelry that you\u2019ll receive can differ slightly due to the nature and uniqueness of precious stones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
